Sie werden aus frischen, rohen und vollwertigen Lebensmitteln zubereitet, sind unglaublich vielseitig, geben optisch was her und schmecken zudem so lecker.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bei der Zubereitung deiner Smoothie bowl kannst du im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes zum K\u00fcnstler werden. Hier sind meine\u00a0<strong>absoluten Geheimtipps:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Kombiniere gr\u00fcnes Blattgem\u00fcse mit frischen und gefrorenen Fr\u00fcchten, um n\u00e4hrstofftechnisch das meiste herauszuholen.<\/li>\n<li>Wechsel das Blattgem\u00fcse regelm\u00e4\u00dfig ab, weil manche Sorten (z. B. Spinat, Mangold) Substanzen enthalten, welche die Mineralstoffabsorption hemmen. Au\u00dferdem steckt in jeder Sorte ein einzigartiges N\u00e4hrstoffspektrum.<\/li>\n<li>Bevorzuge saisonales und regionales Obst bzw. Gem\u00fcse.<\/li>\n<li>Verwende Superfoods f\u00fcr den extra N\u00e4hrstoff-Boost (z. B.
