Ehrlich gesagt sind diese Brownies das mit Abstand <strong>k\u00f6stlichste Dessert,<\/strong> das ich je zubereitet habe. Wirst du auch schwach bei Schokolade? Dann ist dieses Rezept wie\u00a0ma\u00dfgeschneidert f\u00fcr dich.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln sorgen f\u00fcr ein <strong>saftiges Aroma<\/strong> und eine zarte Konsistenz, sodass f\u00fcr die Brownie-Masse kein \u00d6l ben\u00f6tigt wird. Neben den S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln sorgen Datteln und (je nach Vorliebe) Ahornsirup f\u00fcr die verf\u00fchrerische S\u00fc\u00dfe. Ich verwende am liebsten Medjool-Datteln, die besonders gro\u00df und weich sind. Du kannst aber jede andere Sorte verwenden, am besten weichst du sie vorher f\u00fcr mind. 30 Minuten ein, sodass sie weicher werden (bei Medjool-Datteln ist das nicht notwendig).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">L\u00e4uft dir auch schon das Wasser im Mund zusammen? &#8211; Mir auf jeden Fall!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ab in die K\u00fcche und lasst uns loslegen.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #845610;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Zutaten\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #845610; font-size: 12pt;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\"><strong>Brownies<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>2 gro\u00dfe S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln<\/li>\n<li>8-10 Medjool Datteln (entkernt)<\/li>\n<li>100 g Mandelmehl (gemahlene Mandeln)<\/li>\n<li>100 g Haferflocken (gemahlen)<\/li>\n<li>2 EL Mandelmus (bzw. beliebiges Nussmus)<\/li>\n<li>6 EL Kakaopulver<\/li>\n<li>3-4 EL Ahornsirup (f\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzliche S\u00fc\u00dfe)<\/li>\n<li>1 TL Backpulver<\/li>\n<li>100 ml Pflanzendrink (z. B. <a href=\"http:\/\/holisticyou.de\/?p=2310\">Mandeldrink<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>1 Prise Meersalz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; color: #845610; font-size: 12pt;\"><em><strong>Schokoladen-Glasur<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>1 EL Kokos\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>1 TL Kakaopulver<\/li>\n<li>2 EL Ahornsirup<\/li>\n<li>4 EL Pflanzendrink<\/li>\n<li>optional: 1 EL Mandelmus (bzw. beliebiges Nussmus)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #845610;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Den Backofen auf 180 \u00b0C vorheizen.<\/li>\n<li>Die S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln sch\u00e4len und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden, f\u00fcr 20-25 Minuten (abh\u00e4ngig von der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe) d\u00fcnsten oder in Wasser weich kochen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Haferflocken zu Mehl mahlen, z. B. in einem Mixer (bzw. in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine).<\/li>\n<li>Die gekochten (sehr weichen) S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln in den Mixer (bzw. die K\u00fcchenmaschine) geben. Die Datteln entkernen, zu den S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln in den Mixer geben und gut miteinander mixen. Alle weiteren &#8222;Brownie&#8220;-Zutaten hinzuf\u00fcgen und erneut gut mixen, bis ein Teig entsteht.<\/li>\n<li>Eine flache, mittelgro\u00dfe Backform mit Backpapier auskleiden, die Teigmasse darin verteilen und in den Backofen geben. Backzeit: 40-45 Minuten.<\/li>\n<li>In der Zwischenzeit die Schokoladen-Glasur zubereiten: Das Kokos\u00f6l in einer Pfanne erw\u00e4rmen und alle weiteren Zutaten dazugeben. Gut miteinander verr\u00fchren, bis eine s\u00e4mige So\u00dfe entsteht. Die So\u00dfe f\u00fcr wenige Minuten in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen, dass sie nicht zu fl\u00fcssig ist.<\/li>\n<li>Mit einem Messer in die Brownie-Masse stechen.
