Prana steht f\u00fcr die universelle Energiequelle, die alles und jeden durchdringt und uns sozusagen Leben einhaucht. Diese Kraft hat den Planeten und alle Lebewesen -somit auch dich- erschaffen. Das sogenannte Pranayama ist der vierte Teil des achtgliedrigen Pfads von\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/holisticyou.de\/?p=1260\">Ashtanga Yoga.<\/a> Pranayama steht f\u00fcr die &#8222;Erweiterung von Lebensenergie&#8220;, wobei Atemtechniken eingesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\"><em>\u201cOne who has abundant prana<br \/>\nradiates vitality and strength.\u201d<br \/>\n(Swami Vishnudevananda)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In diesem Artikel m\u00f6chte ich dir aber keine Atemtechnik beibringen, sondern vielmehr eines meiner liebsten S\u00fc\u00dfrezepte teilen, das sich ganz schnell und einfach zubereiten l\u00e4sst: meine n\u00e4hrstoffreichen Kokos-Schoko-Energieb\u00e4llchen &#8211; der <strong>perfekte Snack<\/strong> f\u00fcr Jedermann und f\u00fcr jede Gelegenheit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ein paar <strong>N\u00e4hrstoff-Fakten\u00a0<\/strong>gef\u00e4llig?<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Waln\u00fcsse und Chia-Samen sind eine ideale Quelle f\u00fcr die essenziellen Omega-3-Fetts\u00e4uren.<\/li>\n<li>Sesam ist eine absolute Calciumbombe!<\/li>\n<li>K\u00fcrbiskerne sind reich an Zink, Sonnenblumenkerne versorgen dich mit Vitamin E.<\/li>\n<li>Die Datteln und Rosinen sind vollwertige S\u00fc\u00dfquellen, die dir einige Mineralstoffe, wie z. B. Rosinen)<\/li>\n<li>4 EL Kokosraspeln<\/li>\n<li>2 EL Kakaopulver<\/li>\n<li>zum Ummanteln: 1-2 EL Kokosraspeln, Kakaopulver, gemahlene N\u00fcsse, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><em><span style=\"color: #845610;\"><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Weiche die Waln\u00fcsse, Datteln und Rosinen f\u00fcr 1 Stunde in ausreichend Wasser ein (nicht n\u00f6tig bei Medjool Datteln).<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6ste den Sesam, die Sonnenblumen- und K\u00fcrbiskerne in einer Pfanne an.<\/li>\n<li>Das Einweichwasser abgie\u00dfen, die\u00a0Waln\u00fcsse, Datteln und Rosinen kurz abwaschen und zusammen mit allen weiteren Zutaten in einen Mixer (oder eine K\u00fcchenmaschine) geben.<\/li>\n<li>Gut mixen, bis eine klebrige Masse entsteht.<\/li>\n<li>Mit einem Essl\u00f6ffel portionsweise den Teig herausnehmen und mit leicht befeuchteten H\u00e4nden kleine B\u00e4llchen formen.<\/li>\n<li>Die B\u00e4llchen in etwas Kakaopulver, Kokosflocken, gemahlenen N\u00fcssen -oder was auch immer du magst- rollen.<\/li>\n<li>Die fertigen Prana balls vor dem Verzehr f\u00fcr mind. 30 Minuten in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hol&#8216; dir die Lebenskraft (Prana) in deinen K\u00f6rper &#8211; lass&#8216; sie dir schmecken!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prana \u2013 Lebenskraft.\u00a0In Sanskrit bzw. im Yoga wird der Begriff Prana mit Energie, Leben oder auch Atem \u00fcbersetzt.
